Return Policy: We offer a  seven (7) day return on most items you purchase from Trinidad Barber Supplies, only if there is a verifiable manufacturer’s defect. After seven (7) days please refer to the individual item for the manufacturer’s warranty.  No returns will be accepted, or refunds issued, for machines that are not cutting to your personal preference, or if the machine and/or blades is/are not cutting sharp enough to your personal preference.  Customers are responsible for doing their own research and checking reviews on items before they purchase.  Trinidad Barber Supplies advises purchasing the best machine you can afford as more expensive machines always perform better than cheaper ones and a cheaper machine can never cut as well as an expensive one.

We do not, for sanitary reasons, accept returns on the following items once they have been opened or used: straight razors, shears, combs, brushes, liquids, clipper/trimmer guards, clipper/trimmer/electric razor blades, clippers/trimmers/electric razors that have been used, etc (unless there is a verifiable manufacturer’s defect). Special order items (including barber chairs) cannot be returned. You can return other merchandise by shipping it to Trinidad Barber Supplies prepaid in the original packaging. Please also make sure there is sufficient packaging to prevent breakage during shipping, and include a copy of your invoice for faster processing. Please note, if you are requesting a refund for a returned package, we will issue a refund for the amount of purchase minus our shipping cost (if we paid to ship to you) and a $100 TTD restocking fee. If you refuse a package and we paid to ship, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus our shipping cost for the shipment, the return cost and a $100TTD restocking fee. Customers who paid via online bank transfer or credit card will be refunded via online bank transfer (you will be required to provide your banking information to facilitate this).  Customers who paid via cash, LINX or cash bank deposit will be refunded via MoneyGram (you will be required to give us all the information needed by MoneyGram to facilitate this transaction).  The MoneyGram transaction fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Before returning your order, either for exchange or refund, please email info@trinidadbarbersupplies.com to ensure your order qualifies for returns, warranty or refunds.  Items returned that do not qualify will not be honoured.

Warranty Policy:  A thirty (30) day warranty from the date of purchase is only offered on electronic items that are operated by an electric motor such as clippers, trimmers and electronic shavers and only covers malfunction or manufacturer’s defect of the electronic motor only.  This thirty (30) day warranty does not cover any other component of the product such as blade, switch, cord, charger, body, lever, LCD display, accessories or packaging.  Please be sure to read about and research each product you are interested in before you purchase as we do not offer any warranty or accept any returns if you do not like the product you purchased, for whatever reason.  No warranty or returns are offered on the purchase of any item advertised as a “used” product.  The warranty will be considered void if the returned product shows any sign of liquid damage or fall and no refunds will be issued.  All returns are subject to inspection before the warranty is honoured.

Note: You have 3 Days to report any missing or damaged items from your shipment, from the day of delivery of your package. 

Blacklist Policy: If an order is cancelled after the item has been shipped, you will be refunded for the amount of the purchase less the delivery fee, the return cost from the courier, a $100TTD restocking fee and less any other merchant fees or transaction fees applied to your purchase or to the refund transaction process.  The customer and their account will also be placed on the “Blacklist” where they will no longer be able to purchase from Trinidad Barber Supplies until they pay a $200TTD Blacklist Fee for their account to be reinstated.  Paid Membership will be immediately voided and any unclaimed free shipping remaining will be cancelled – No refunds of membership fees will be facilitated.

Delivery Location Policy:
1. We deliver to most locations within Trinidad and Tobago.  If your delivery address is considered to be a “Hotspot” area, you will be required to provide an alternative delivery address as we would not be delivering to those areas for safety reasons.
2. If your delivery address is not on the list of locations facilitated by our courier, you will be required to provide an alternative delivery address.
3. If your delivery address is on the courier’s list for higher delivery charges, you will be required to pay for the additional charge or provide an alternative delivery address.
4. You will be contacted if any of these situations apply to your order.

Shipping Policy:  Shipping is via a courier service.  Shipping prices vary depending on shipping speed and weight of the order – prices shown at Checkout.  If your order is large or consists of multiple heavy items, you will be contacted after checkout to notify you of the higher shipping cost of your order and of the new total cost of your order.  Different shipping rates apply to CARICOM countries and will be shown on the checkout page.

Please be aware that the courier service does NOT do pickups Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.  (Example:  A package ordered for Next-Day delivery on Friday will not ship until Monday and arrive to you Tuesday).

Note:  Small/light orders may be shipped via TTPost.  In order to keep our prices low, we reserve the right to ship packages via the most cost-effective method (including TTPost for small/light items).  If you have questions about shipping methods or costs please email info@trinidadbarbersupplies.com or WhatsApp our Customer Service number at 1-868-336-0223.  Large items such as Barber Chairs are shipped as freight via truck and will incur higher shipping costs, shown on the Checkout page.

Backorder Policy:  If an order is placed for an item that is in Backorder Status, it will be shipped as soon as the item is restocked.  Some manufacturers import items that occasionally have extended backorders that are beyond our control.  We cannot be held responsible for these backorders and our liability will be limited to issuing an immediate refund at your request for items that are delayed. Should you request a product that is on backorder for more than 1 week we will contact by email or WhatsApp to let you know when the product will be available.  If the item you are ordering is extremely time sensitive contact us by WhatsApp at 1-868-336-0223 for availability and delivery estimates, to ensure we can meet your deadline before your order is placed.

We ship orders in the order they are received.  Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time. If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately. We will however work to ship it quickly.   In most cases your order ships within 1-3 business days.

Layaway Policy: Layaway Plan and Balance Parcel are the same, different stores use them interchangeably. However, Balance Parcel or Layaway Plan allows customers to pay down for an item but the item is not given to the customer. The item remains in the store. Once the final payment has been made and there is no remaining balance on the item. The item is then given to the customer.

  • Payment will be split into a minimum of four (4) equal payments or a maximum of eight (8) equal payments.  Payment value can be higher than the minimum amount for your specific order, but not lower.
  • We will hold your layaway item(s) until the order is paid for in full. Upon your final payment, you would be able to receive your item and it will be delivered to you. The faster you payout for your item(s), the sooner you would be able to make use of your purchase.
  • The customer will be required to make his/her final payment for the item(s) within a  maximum of eight (8) weeks.
  • Failure to pay off the balance within the specified period of time (Eight (8) Weeks) will result in the item(s) being placed back in stock and the customer will be required to take item(s) of equivalent value of the total amount of money paid.
  • NO CASH BACK / NO REFUND on Layaway Item(s). Total sum of monies paid on the customer’s Layaway Plan account is non-refundable. No partial pick-up or partial cancellations.
  • There are no interest or other charges for using our layaway plan except for cancellation; you only make payments towards the total cost of your purchase. You are dealing with us directly, no third party or other processing services, no additional cost or hidden fees.
  • All layaways must be paid in full within a maximum of the 8-week period. After the end of the 8-week period or if no payments are received within a 56-day period, your order will be cancelled, returned to stock and the total payment made so far will be transferred to an online gift card to be used for purchase on our website only. The monies paid on the layaway plan will be placed in our in-active reserve account. You may use your reserve amount to purchase one of our other items equal to the amount you have paid us via the online gift card.
  • If Trinidad Barber Supplies does not receive your final payment by the “final payment due date”, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase unless we agree to extend that date.
  • For each payment that is being made, we require the customer to notify us showing proof of payment and submit their copy of the original order form/order ID.
  • In the event the customer decides to cancel the layaway plan agreement, an in-store credit in the form of a digital gift card will be provided for the monies paid by the customer to Trinidad Barber Supplies in our in-active reserve account. This in-store credit may be used at any time on another purchase from Trinidad Barber Supplies. A cancellation fee 50% of the total paid so far would be applied and subtracted from the amount applied onto the digital gift card.
  • Failure to complete full payment according to this agreement, merchandise will be returned to stock and displayed to sell.

Shipping Information: Many factors affect the delivery time frame of your package.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for delays caused by (but not limited to) the following: weather delays, courier issues, traffic or extended manufacturer backorders.  We reserve the right to delay a package if we cannot verify correct information for shipping, billing or other pertinent reasons.  If your package is substantially delayed you will be contacted for information via email.   Packages are shipped daily Monday – Friday (except holidays).

Note: Large orders or heavy items (such as chairs) may require additional cost to ship.  You will be contacted after checkout if this applies to your order as it may not be shown on the Checkout page.

Note International Customers: Due to Postal Regulations we CANNOT ship any liquids or sprays to you.  If you have questions please contact us for clarification before ordering.

**Note to International Customers: Sorry, we only ship to CARICOM islands.  We cannot ship outside of the CARICOM islands at this time due to fraud and customs issues.  We apologize for the inconvenience.**

Cash or Linx Payments: Cash or Linx payments are available on the Checkout page on our website.  We do not accept personal cheques.

Credit Card/Visa Debit Card Payments:  Credit Card and Visa Debit payments are facilitated via WiPay. With WiPay, there is a transaction fee of 3.5% + $0.25 USD of the purchase value, which is added to your order on the Checkout page.

Due to an increase in fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address other than the credit card Bill To address on record with the Credit Card issuer.  In the event this affects your order, you will be notified prior to shipping.

Trinidad Barber Supplies (Offices and Shipping) closes to observe all Trinidad & Tobago’s Public Holidays, as well as Carnival Monday and Tuesday.

Note: Prices are subject to change according to manufacturer pricing.  Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, we reserve the right to correct any information, including pricing and/or product description errors, at any time.

Images on the site may differ slightly from the item you receive due to manufacturer changes that are beyond our control.  Trinidad Barber Supplies will not be responsible for return shipping on any item that looks different than the picture listed but is the correct manufacturer model/style ordered.
