Q: How can I pay with CASH or LINX on Delivery?
A: At the Checkout page, select Express Shipping (1-2 days), then under PAYMENT METHOD, select the option for Cash/LINX on Delivery (COD).
Q: How can I pay via direct bank deposit or online bank transfer?
A: 1. After checkout, take note of your order total and Order #
2. After Checkout, the instructions will be shown including the banking information. A copy of this will also be sent to your email for reference. Please remember to include your Order # if making an online bank transfer.
3. Once payment is made, send a picture of the receipt as proof of payment.
4. Your order will be shipped once payment has been confirmed and received.
Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
A: Yes. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be shipped to the CSF Couriers Warehouse, located at 82/5 Macaya Trace, Munroe Road, Cunupia. Your order can be picked up Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5pm or Saturdays 8am to 3pm. Call 868-225-5273 or 868-225-4273 for further assistance if needed. There is no additional cost for this option. Please note, there is no option for Cash Payment with this option and payment must first be made. We do have options for cash payments prior to shipping your order so please contact us before placing your order if cash payment is your only option.
Q: How can I find out the status of orders that have been placed?
A: For Express Shipping, please contact us to provide you with the phone number for the courier service who will be able to provide you with accurate information. For all other shipping methods, updates will be sent directly to your email address.
Q: What will the delivery cost me?
A: Delivery is calculated on the checkout page and depends on whether shipping is to Trinidad or to Tobago, as well as the shipping speed. Please note, heavy items cost more to deliver.
Q: How quickly are my orders processed?
A: We ship orders in the order they are received. Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time. If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately. We will, however, work to ship it quickly. In most cases your order ships within 3 business days or less for deliveries throughout Trinidad. Deliveries to Tobago are facilitated once per week. If your order is extremely time sensitive please call us and we will take care of it for you (there is an additional cost for rush delivery).

A: We accept cash, LINX, Credit Card via WiPay and direct bank cash deposit/online transfer (all options available on the Checkout page).
